Instructions for importing in LightSpeed

  1. Unzip the files in the download folder.
  2. Open the LightSpeed Retail Inventory import tool
  3. Select the Retail.csv to import
  4. Map columns as seen here
  5. Import the file
  6. Open the LightSpeed eCommerce product import tool
  7. Select the eCommerce.csv to import
  8. In the Choose What to Import dropdown, choose "Products"
  9. In the Behavior dropdown, choose "only update existing products"
  10. In the Find By dropdown, choose "Article code"
  11. Map columns as seen here
  12. Import the file
  13. In the eCommerce platform, view your new products and change the Hidden dropdown to Show if you would like the product to be visible online.
